Full to overflowing…

October 26, 2010

October, where on earth did it go? We started it with a quickly decided on trip to Branson, came home to watch grandsons, slipped in a fun day at the Texas State Fair, home for a day, back into DFW for a baby dedication, back home for two days before company came calling, and we barely had the sheets switched before family showed up to spend four fun-filled days together (we covered over 500 miles in four days, not including to and from the airport.)

We still have 5 whole days of the month left – so there’s church dinner and Bible study, attending my first Newcomer’s luncheon, going to First Monday, on Friday, for our very first time (and we’ve been looking forward to it for almost two years), dinner out with new friends, the first time our Sunday School will hold a 5th Sunday fellowship at our suggestion, joining our church this Sunday, and in the middle of all that cheering for our new favorite team, the Texas Rangers while they hopefully win the World Series.

So we’ve been busy, just a tad.

But I’ll be back, with photos and stories and such, and to tell you what we have on tap for November.

I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.  John 10:10
